Andrea Stokley is the Owner & Founder of BEAUTIFUL ENVY, LLC.  Andrea started her business in 2018, after seeing an Instagram post on How to Start Your Own Business.  At first she said she didn't think it was something she wanted to do, but after doing her research and learning about the legal requirements to getting started, she decided to take the plunge into becoming an entrepreneur.

Meet Trenice Siler, who started making jewelry as a hobby during the pandemic, mainly to overcome isolation of the quarantine. 

Prior to the pandemic, Trenice worked several years in the Accounting and Financial Services Industry and six months ago, she decided to leave that career behind to focus on her dream.  The dream became reality a year ago, when she turned her passion and skills into a thriving business and started Jahnell Nichole Hand-Crafted Jewelry.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Bowman, is the owner of Kingdom Swag Apparel.  Jackie was inspired to start her business, because she wanted a way to share her faith with others.  The name of her business reflects people who desire to walk in faith in order to enter the KINGDOM of Heaven and their SWAG is being faithful and proud of who they are.

Jackie says she initially created the Kingdom Swag logo design to put on sweatshirts and t-shirts only for family, to give away as Christmas gifts and for them to wear during family vacations; however, as they wore the designs, more people started to ask where they got them from.  She was then encourage by family to start selling them to friends, church members and colleagues.  Jackie began to enhance her line of sweatshirts and t-shirts by adding the Bible verse, "For I Walk by Faith Not by Sight".  Jackie's favorite quote is "You never get what you deserve in life, only what you negotiate."

Natasha Gates describes herself as "The Queen of Everything."  Not only is she the founder of BAGS, she is also the owner of Natasha's Doll Boutique.  She specializes in handcrafted collectible black dolls, as well as unique gift items that includes handmade greeting cards, pillows, Afrocentric Christmas ornaments, home decor, black ballerina products and other one-of-a-kind items.

Natasha operates and designs out of her home studio, where she is surrounded by fabric, craft supplies and inspiration in every corner  When traveling to sell her items, she sets up custom-made portable display units that create a boutique style atmosphere for customers.

Meet Deanna Woodbury, an Independent Consultant, who was able to build her own full-time business and brand called My Pretty Lil Blingz, while working under the umbrella of Paparazzi Accessories, a marketing company that allows people to offer customers stylish, trendy and affordable jewelry that is nickel & lead-free and only $5. 

Deanna says that she used to buy Paparazzi jewelry from her Goddaughter and then decided to join as a Consultant in February of 2019, because she loves retail and she's good at it.  Deanna's customers are her friends, family and customers who like herself, loves to buy and wear jewelry.

    Hey! I'm Barbara and I've been a baker for as long as I can remember.  Just ask my Mom - she could tell you about the mess and disastrous kitchen filled with dishes, when I started dabbling at baking my great cookies.

    I continued to improve on my baking skills and while working a full-time job, I decided to turn my hobby into a small business, because it is my passion and what I truly enjoy.  My customer base is expanding, but my main customers will always be family and friends.

    I began baking small treats for my family and then I started dabbling with sugar cookie decorating.  My sugar cookies were not the most beautiful and they definitely lacked finesse; but they tasted great!  Overtime - with practice, patience and persistence, my skills got better and sugar cookie decorating has become my specialty that I truly enjoy baking, along with other treats.

    To this day baking is something I do every chance I get.  For the holiday seasons, my family always wait patiently for their gift boxes filled with sweet treats to arrive in the mail.  Baking is my passion and to let my children tell it, I was always the only mom who sent homemade treats to school for the bake sales and their birthday treats.  They always make it known that while growing up there were no store bought cookies in our house and they always had homemade desserts for sweets.
